Elements

I adopted five traditional Chinese elements: Gold, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth.

Elements affect how powerful a related spell can be and the resistance of chi damage of this element.

When reaching specific levels, special bonuses will be granted.

Introduction

Maximum level of element mastery can be 100. It can be increased by absorbing essence with relic (affected by convert rate).

Monsters in this world have their own element cohesion. Different monsters may vary a lot in elemental resistance and this can cause drastic chi damage change. The Chinese traditional element rule clarifies the relationship between these 5 elements: gold counters wood, wood counters earth, water counters fire, fire counters good, earth counters water. To land lethal strikes on monsters, switch element wisely according to this rule.
